How do I delete a questionnaire?

You can delete any questionnaires that you or other users have created by locating these and selecting 'delete'.

You are in charge of your own data and therefore have the ability to delete your questionnaires if they are no longer required. To delete a questionnaire you have to ensure no 'accepted' shares are attached and deny these beforehand.

1. Sign in to your account on the SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform
2. Use the search box in your dashboard to locate the questionnaire you wish to delete

How do I start a questionnaire?

You can start a questionnaire from your dashboard by selecting 'Enter invitation code'.

Your customer may have sent you an invitation code for a specific questionnaire that needs to be completed. If you have not already completed this questionnaire for another customer that you just need to share, you can start a new questionnaire by entering the invitation code which will trigger the…

Can I re-use answers from a similar previously completed questionnaire?

Yes, if you have previously completed another questionnaire you are able to re-use the answers for a new questionnaire you need to complete.

I have received an invitation code from my customer - What do I need to do?

The invitation code will be sent directly from your customer to either share an existing questionnaire you may have, or to start a new, shared questionnaire that you can complete.
The invitation code will allow your customer to have direct access to your data.

I have an existing questionnaire. My colleague received a request to complete an SAQ for another customer. Do we have to complete another questionnaire?

No, you will not have to complete the questionnaire again if the customer invitation links to the same request.

How do I download a questionnaire PDF report?

A PDF report of your questionnaire can be completed on the individual questionnaire's details page.

A PDF report of the questionnaire will become available once the questionnaire has been completed. The report will be available for download on the 'View' page of the questionnaire. Once downloaded, you are able to view the report which outlines the questionnaire answers that have been filled in.

I have not received an invitation code - How can I share my questionnaire?

You are able to 'Request a share' with a chosen customer for them to accept. Once the request has been accepted, your data will be shared.

The SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform has been designed for you as a supplier to share and manage your data in a fast, secure and controlled way.
You can 'Request' a share with your customer who can either accept or decline your request and once accepted, your customer will have access to your data.

1. Sign in to your account on the SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform
2. Select 'Start a new SAQ 5.0' and progress to complete the questionnaire
3. Once you have submitted your questionnaire for validation, return to your dashboard
