How can I track the progress of a campaign?

You can track the progress of a campaign by selecting the relevant campaign from the Manage Categories page and then Category Progress from the dashboard.

SUPPLIERASSURANCE enables buyers to create and then track supplier campaigns in real time throughout the lifetime of the campaign via the Category Progress screen. This gives an overview of all suppliers in different statuses so buyers are able to view invitations that have been DELIVERED to suppliers, invitations that are UNDELIVERED and need to be updated to another contact, those that are REGISTERED and then also track the progress of those completing the requirement from RESPONDING to VALIDATING and finally COMPLETED. The Category Progress screen provides the data in a stacked chart showing weekly progress, is filterable on specific invitation statuses and fully exportable.

1. Sign in to your account on the SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform
2. Go to the Suppliers tab on your Dashboard
3. Select the cog on the Suppliers tab on the right
4. Find the category campaign that you want to track progress for and select the name of the category, you will be directed to the Suppliers tab again
5. Set the 'Questionnaire' filter to the questionnaire the campaign was created for
6. Select 'Category progress' under 'Options' on the right side of the page. You will be provided with a weekly progress bar chart

How do I invite a supplier to complete a questionnaire?

You can invite a group of suppliers to complete a questionnaire by creating a campaign from your dashboard via the 'Invite a new category of suppliers' option. From here, input the required information and upload your supplier data to save and send your suppliers an invitation email.

Before you invite your suppliers to complete a questionnaire on SUPPLIERASSURANCE, you must ensure you have engaged with your suppliers already and confirmed that they are the correct contact. You must also ensure that you have advised them of the upcoming request and completed the CSV template provided when creating your campaign (this includes: supplier email address, scope, i.e. the location you would like the supplier to complete the questionnaire for and where possible the telephone number).

1. Sign in to your account on the SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform
2. Go to the Suppliers tab on your Dashboard
3. Select the 'Invite a new category of suppliers' option under 'Get started' on the right side of the page
4. Provide a name for the category you are creating and select 'Campaign' under the 'Category type'
5. Download and complete the 'CSV template' with your supplier data
6. Follow the supplier list CSV guidance ensuring that all suppliers have a contact user's email address and scope
7. Once the CSV is complete, select the file and upload it
8. The suppliers that are included in the CSV file upload will be sent an email inviting them to complete the selected questionnaire for this category

How do I create a category of suppliers?

You can create a category of your existing suppliers via the 'Invite a new category of suppliers' or 'Create a new category of suppliers' option on your dashboard.

You are able to categorize your existing suppliers into smaller categories via the dashboard. This helps to group large numbers of suppliers into more specific categories such as location, service-type or product-type. Once created, you can manage, view, export and analyze the smaller categories of data via the platform. This feature does not send any communication to invite a new or existing supplier to complete any questionnaires.

1. Sign in to your account on the SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform
2. Go to the Suppliers tab on your Dashboard
3. Select the 'Invite a new category of suppliers' or 'Create a new category of suppliers' option under 'Get started' on the right side of the page
4. Enter the information about the category that you want to add
5. If you want to invite your suppliers to complete a questionnaire please select the Category type 'Campaign'. If you would like to analyze your existing suppliers please select the Category type 'Category'
6. Press 'Add' to create the category or campaign

How do I create an export of supplier responses within a category?

You can create a category export of supplier responses within a specific category or campaign by selecting the relevant category or campaign from the Manage Categories page, and then 'Category Export' from the dashboard.

The Category Export functionality allows buyers to export supplier data in bulk by choosing a category or campaign of suppliers and then selecting the specific information you would like to export and building your own spreadsheet of information. This includes information from multiple questionnaires, account and location information.

1. Sign in to your account on the SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform
2. Go to the Suppliers tab on your Dashboard
3. Select the cog on the Suppliers tab on the right
4. Find the category that you want to export the supplier information for and select the name of the category, you will be directed to the Suppliers tab again
5. Set the 'Questionnaire' filter to the questionnaire you want to create an export for
6. Select 'Category exports' under 'Options' on the right side of the page
7. Choose 'Create an export' under 'Options' on the bottom right corner of the page
8. Select those sections you want to export and continue by pressing the 'Next' button
9. Save your export by naming it and selecting the style of the export
10. The export will be generated for you and will be available to download
