How do I analyze SAQs that were shared manually?

To create a category export, select the relevant campaign or supplier category, then choose Track suppliers and open the Identify tab. The Category export option is available from this page and allows you to export SAQs associated with the selected campaign or category.

Background

Manually shared SAQs don't sit inside a campaign, so they won't show up when you track suppliers at campaign level. However, they are included in Category exports when you pull out organization and location details. By adding the "Location details: Categories" field and filtering for blank values, you can isolate all manually shared SAQs and then analyze them in Excel (or another tool) alongside any other fields you included in the export.

Steps

1. Sign in to your SUPPLIERASSURANCE account.
2. Click on the 'Supplier questionnaires' tab on your Dashboard and ensure only 'SAQ 5.0' is selected in the questionnaire filter.
3. On the right-hand side at the top of the page click "Track Suppliers".
4. On the 'Track Suppliers' page, choose 'Identify', then 'Category Export'.
5. On the 'Category Export' page, choose 'Create an export'.
6. On the 'Create an export' screen, tick 'Organization properties' and 'SAQ 5.0 sections', then select 'Next'.
7. On the 'Refine your export' screen, tick 'Location details' (and any other fields you want to include), then select 'Next'.
8. On the 'Select fields for export' screen, under 'Location details', tick 'Categories' (and any additional fields you need), then select 'Next'.
9. On the 'Save your export' screen, enter a name for your export, choose your preferred format (.xlsx or .csv), and select 'Save'.
10. Back on the 'Category exports' page, wait for the export to generate, then select 'Export' to download the file.
11. Open the downloaded file and find the column titled 'Location details: Categories'.
12. Apply a filter to this column and filter for blank cells (no category/campaign name). The remaining rows are the SAQs that were shared with you manually.
