You can view questionnaire responses at a category level or at an individual supplier level. To find an individual supplier's questionnaire and view their results, use the 'Supplier questionnaires' tab on your Dashboard and the search or filter functionality.

As a customer using the NQC platform you can view individual supplier questionnaire responses and ratings. You can see how suppliers perform against specific topics within a questionnaire and where applicable, you can also view the recommendations given to your suppliers to improve their performance and ensure compliance with your expectations. You can also set target dates (due dates) for suppliers to address corrective actions in order to meet your minimum compliance requirements. The minimum requirements functionality allows you effectively remediate issues in terms of compliance or sustainability performance.

To find a supplier's questionnaire

1. Sign in to your NQC account.
2. Click on the 'Supplier questionnaires' tab and select the supplier category name shown next to your organisation name at the top of the Dashboard.
3. Find the relevant questionnaire on your Supplier questionnaires dashboard (use filters and search if needed).
4. Select the supplier category name shown next to your organisation name at the top of the Dashboard and switch the view to 'All suppliers' to search across all suppliers.
5. If you need to search across all suppliers, select the category titled 'All'.
6. Once you have the correct supplier category showing on your 'Supplier questionnaires' tab, use the filters and search options to find the supplier in question.
7. Select the questionnaire tile for the supplier in question to go to the questionnaire overview page.
8. From here you can view the questionnaire rating and any breakdown associated with the rating, a detailed answers page, and the questionnaire report output.
