Working Conditions and Human Rights training should include details of a company's expectations, policies and procedures in this area. As a result of undertaking training, a company can enhance human rights compliance, raise awareness and encourage best practice across company activities.
Training can add human rights knowledge and understanding to an individual's responsibilities. Training could be role-specific (e.g. training for buyers, managers, employees, etc.), topic specific (e.g. on working hours, working conditions, harassment, non-discrimination, etc.), or cover different formats (e.g. coaching/mentoring, lectures, group discussion and activities, workshops, e-learning, courses, etc.).
