What is meant by 'Gaps'?

Answer

'Gaps’ refers to documents in your questionnaire which could not be accepted during the validation process.

Background

NQC have set guidelines to follow when validating documents, which have also been agreed with Drive Sustainability. If you see gaps in your questionnaire, this means that certain uploaded documents could not be deemed valid against these criteria.

Steps

1. Go to your dashboard on SupplierAssurance

2. Select ‘respond’ on the SAQ from your dashboard

3. Select ‘next question’ inside the questionnaire until you reach the questions for which you wish to replace your evidence. Here, you should upload your new documents and review your answers

4. Once satisfied, resend your questionnaire into validation by clicking ‘send response’ on the final page of the questionnaire
