Training and awareness of a company's Code of Conduct refers to a company's training of their employees on the expectations, policies and procedures relating to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).Raising awareness of a company's Code of Conduct through training can encourage individuals to identify and act on important areas in their day-to-day activities. The awareness, development and understanding can lead to the prevention or mitigation of future CSR risks. Training staff throughout a company can enhance CSR, raise awareness and encourage best practice across company activity.


Training could be role-specific (e.g. training for buyers, managers, employees, etc.) and can cover different formats (e.g. coaching/mentoring, lectures, group discussion and activities, workshops, e-learning, external third party led courses, etc.). Code of Conduct training may include topics on Working Conditions and Human Rights standards, Business Ethics to raise awareness, Environmental Sustainability and information on Health and Safety.


1. Go to your dashboard on SupplierAssurance
2. Find the questionnaire you have been working on by using the search functionality
3. Select 'Respond' and progress to reference 3a by selecting 'Next'
4. Select 'Yes' and select 'Choose File' and upload your Code of Conduct Training Evidence
