What is business ethics training? (Q9b)


Business Ethics training should include expectations of company policies and procedures.
For a company to maintain their collective and trustworthy business conduct, training is needed to understand issues and responsibilities.



Training should be provided to help understand and manage the ethical risks faced by the company and to mitigate future risk. Regular training, sharing best practices and ethical concerns reinforces a company's commitment to ethical behavior and compliance. Training could be role-specific (e.g. training for buyers, managers, employees, etc.), cover different topics (bribery, corruption, disclosure of information, conflict of interest) or cover different formats (e.g. coaching/mentoring, lectures, group discussion and activities, workshops, e-learning, courses, etc.).


1. Go to your dashboard on SupplierAssurance
2. Find the questionnaire you have been working on by using the search functionality
3. Select 'Respond' and progress to reference 9b by selecting 'Next'
4. Select 'Yes' and select 'Choose File' and upload your Business Ethics Training Evidence
