Yes, you are able to share a CMRT without completing a SAQ.
The Conflict Minerals Assessment enables organisations to report information about their sourcing of 3TG - tin (cassiterite), tantalum (coltan), tungsten (wolframite) and gold. The Assessment is compliant with the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) and its Conflict Mineral Reporting Template (CMRT). If your organisation has already completed a CMRT you can upload it to quickly pre-populate your Assessment answers. The Assessment supports the ethical sourcing of 3TG which is a key part of the ongoing commitment to sustainability in the automotive supply chain.
