Why has my questionnaire been in validation for longer than 5 working days?

Answer

Your SAQ questionnaire has been in ‘Validating’ for longer than 5 days because it has not been shared.

 

Background

SAQ questionnaires must be shared with at least one customer before they can be validated. Please make sure to share your questionnaire either before- or immediately after completing it in order for it to be validated within 5 working days.

 

Steps

1. Go to your dashboard on SupplierAssurance

2. Go to the relevant location and select ‘enter invitation code’

3. Enter the code that you received from your customer
