How do I edit shipping location addresses for a Supply Chain request?

Answer

Requests by default are grouped together if the same product is shipped to multiple locations. If you need to edit this shipping information, you will first need to turn off Grouping using the filter on the right-hand side. Select ‘Off’ and click Set. Once ungrouped the manage shipping from location link will allow you to amend the address.

Steps

1. Turn off grouping using the filter on the right hand side. For this to be applied please press on set.

2. Once ungrouped you will find a manage shipping from location link on each request. Click on this to amend the address.

3. The ‘manage shipping from location’ link can be used to change the current shipping from address or input additional addresses. The new location may already exist on your account, and if so it will appear in the drop-down. If not, you can create a new location by choosing that option.

4. You can add an additional shipping from address (as well as the current location) by ticking ‘Add an additional shipping from location (Create a new request)’ and then click ‘Save’.

5. If the shipping to address is wrong you can’t amend it so please mark the request as INCORRECT and contact us, we will then raise this with your buyer to confirm the information.
