Suppliers and customers can message each other, directly via the platform, in relation to a specific questionnaire or assessment.
Background
The NQC platform supports direct messaging between suppliers and customers to help resolve direct questions or actions against questionnaires or data requests.
Steps
To use the message feature
- Sign in to your NQC account.
- Find the relevant questionnaire that you want to message your supplier or customer about using the search and filter options on your Dashboard.
- Click on the 'Message' icon on the right of the questionnaire tile.
- If this is the first message in a conversation, choose a name for the message topic and select 'Save'.
- Type your message in the message box provided.
- You can use the platform 'Translate' option if you need to translate all messages in a conversation so that the recipient can view your message in their platform language.
- Select the paper plane icon at the bottom right of the message box.
