Select the answer option 'Yes, I have data in a CMRT spreadsheet' or 'No' to question 16b in the SAQ 4.0.

Background

The Conflict Minerals Assessment enables organisations to report information about their sourcing of 3TG - tin (cassiterite), tantalum (coltan), tungsten (wolframite) and gold. The Assessment is compliant with the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) and its Conflict Mineral Reporting Template (CMRT). If your organisation has already completed a CMRT you can upload it to quickly pre-populate your Assessment answers.

Steps

1. Go to your dashboard on SupplierAssurance
2. Respond to the SAQ 4.0
3. Select either 'No' or 'Yes, I have data in a CMRT spreadsheet'
4. Respond to the CMRT that has been created based on this answer in the SAQ 4.0
