How do I start a questionnaire?

Answer

To start a questionnaire, if you have received an invitation code from your buyer all you need to do is go to the  ‘Enter invitation code’ link from the right-hand side your dashboard.

If you do not have an invitation code, you can still start a questionnaire, please see instructions on how to do so here.

 

Background

Your customer(s) may need you to complete a questionnaire on the platform about a topic or policy area that is important to them. This may be a mandatory requirement as part of their supplier selection process or for compliance management and reporting purposes. You may already have started or completed a questionnaire and so to avoid duplication on your account, use the search and filters available on the platform to check if there is already an existing questionnaire for the scope in question.

 

Steps

1. Go to the ‘Enter the invitation code’ page from options on the Dashboard

2. Enter the invitation code that you have received

3. Check that it is for the correct customer

4. Enter the information about the scope of the questionnaire

5. Answer all the questions and ensure that you submit your answers by the deadline requested by your customer

6. Press ‘Send response’ on the final page of the questionnaire to submit it
