Buyers may define minimum requirements that must be met for compliance or visibility. The Overview page alerts you when these requirements are unmet, while the Answers tab shows which specific responses need attention.

Steps

1. Sign in to your SUPPLIERASSURANCE account.
2. Open your SAQ (Sustainability Assessment Questionnaire).
3. Go to the Overview page to see whether any minimum requirements are outstanding.
4. Navigate to the Answers tab.
5. Review the highlighted questions that do not meet the buyer's minimum requirements.
6. Update your responses where necessary and resubmit if applicable.
