Once I have submitted my questionnaire can I change the answers?


Yes, you can change your answers but only when the submitted questionnaire is completed. Some questionnaires may need to be validated before they are completed and if so you cannot change your answers during this stage of the questionnaire process.



Once you have submitted a questionnaire, it may need to be validated as part of an assurance process. In this case, the questionnaire will only be completed after the validation process which can take up to five working days. In some cases, the validation process may require you to change or update your answers before the questionnaire can be completed. You will be notified once your questionnaire is completed and at this stage, you can choose to update your questionnaire response at any time. You should consider updating your questionnaire if any of the content changes such as policies, processes or certifications as this will ensure that your customers have access to up to date information.



1. Use the Status filter on your Dashboard to show only ‘Completed’ questionnaires

2. Go to the questionnaire that you want to update and press ‘View’

3. Select the ‘Update’ option on the right side of the page

4. Press ‘Yes’ on the confirm page

5. Edit any answers that need to be changed before you submit it

6. Press ‘Send response’ on the final page of the questionnaire to submit it
