How do I update my expired certificate when my audit has been postponed due to COVID-19?


Please upload the expired certificate as evidence merged with the confirmation of extension from the awarding body.



NQC have set guidelines to follow when validating documents, but as we understand this ongoing pandemic is affecting everyone, we can include this confirmation as acceptable evidence. The confirmation of extension could be in form of a letter or email.  Please make sure your confirmation includes: 

Your company name, Type of certificate, Certification number and the new expiry date.



1. Go to your dashboard on SupplierAssurance

2. Select ‘respond’ on the SAQ from your dashboard

3. Select ‘next question’ inside the questionnaire until you reach the questions for which you wish to replace your evidence. Here, you should upload your new documents and review your answers

4. Once satisfied, resend your questionnaire into validation by clicking ‘send response’ on the final page of the questionnaire
