Users on your own account with the 'Viewer' permission and your customers that the response has been shared with can see your answers.
Background
Your questionnaire and the answers that you provide are considered confidential, as defined in the terms and conditions. Your customers will only be able to see the results of your questionnaire, as well as the documents that you decide to share with them. Different user permissions will also help you to ensure that only selected users can edit and share data.
Steps
To review your users' permissions follow the below steps:
1. Sign in to your account on the SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform
2. On the dashboard, select the cog, shown next to your organisation's name
3. On the right hand side, select 'Manage your users'
4. The screen now will show you all existing users and to view their permissions or change them, select 'view'
To review which customer has access to your questionnaire answers:
1. Sign in to your account on the SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform
2. Select 'Manage data sharing' on the right hand side
3. Select the 'Data you are sharing' tile and search for the questionnaire required by using the search filter
