The invitation code will be sent directly from your customer to either share an existing questionnaire you may have, or to start a new, shared questionnaire that you can complete.
The invitation code will allow your customer to have direct access to your data.

Background

The SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform has been designed for you as a supplier to share and manage your data in a fast, secure and controlled way. The invitation code allows the customers to send direct invitations to you with specific requests.
Although you are able to 'Request' a share with your chosen customer, you would have to wait for these to be accepted. The invitation code allows for the data to be shared right away.

Steps

To start and share a new questionnaire with your invitation code:

1. Sign in to your account on the SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform
2. Select 'Enter invitation code' located underneath the 'Get started' link on the Dashboard
3. Enter the invitation code that you have received
4. Continue responding to your questionnaire and submit this for validation

To share an existing completed questionnaire with your invitation code:

1. Sign in to your account on the SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform
2. Use the search box in your dashboard to locate the existing, completed questionnaire by searching with location details
3. Once located, select 'Share'
4. On the 'Share' page, select the 'With invitation code' tab
5. Enter your invitation code in the provided field to share your questionnaire
