Answer
You can share your answers in two ways, with an invitation code or by requesting a share for your customer to accept.
Background
The SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform gives users and customers the ability to share their data in a secure and quick manner. If a customer invites you as a supplier, an invitation code will be sent to you directly. This invitation code can be used to start a new questionnaire, or to share existing questionnaire answers with your customer right away.
Should you not have received an invitation code, you are able to 'Request a share' with your selected customer which will need to be responded to and accepted by them.
Steps
To share an existing completed questionnaire with your invitation code:
1. Sign in to your account on the SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform
2. Use the search box in your dashboard to locate the existing, completed questionnaire by searching with location details
3. Once located, select 'Share'
4. On the 'Share' page, select the 'With invitation code' tab
5. Enter your invitation code in the provided field to share your questionnaire
To share an existing completed questionnaire by requesting a share:
1. Sign in to your account on the SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform
2. Use the search box in your dashboard to locate the existing, completed questionnaire by searching with location details
3. Once located, select 'Share'
4. On the 'Share' page, select the 'Without invitation code' tab
5. Use the search option or scroll further down to locate the customer you wish to share your questionnaire with
6. Select 'Request' a share
