A PDF report of your questionnaire can be completed on the individual questionnaire's details page.
A PDF report of the questionnaire will become available once the questionnaire has been completed. The report will be available for download on the 'View' page of the questionnaire. Once downloaded, you are able to view the report which outlines the questionnaire answers that have been filled in.
1. Sign in to your account on the SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform
2. Use the search box in your dashboard to locate the existing, completed questionnaire by searching with location details
3. Select 'View' on the questionnaire tile and this will take you to the questionnaire's details page
4. Scroll further down until 'Report' on the right-hand side and select 'Report' and you will be able to download a PDF file of your results
