Why have I received an invitation to complete a questionnaire?

Answer

You have received an invitation because one of your customers would like you to complete a questionnaire or share a questionnaire that you or someone from your organisation has already completed on the platform.

Background

Your customer(s) may need you to complete a questionnaire on the platform about a topic or policy area that is important to them. This may be a mandatory requirement as part of their supplier selection process or for compliance management and reporting purposes. You need to use the correct invitation code on the platform so that your questionnaire is linked to the customer that has requested it.

Steps

1. If you are the correct person to complete the questionnaire and you do not have an account on the platform, follow the instructions on the 'How do I register my organisation' help page
2. If you already have an account on the platform go to the 'Sign in' page and enter your login details
3. Go to the 'Enter the invitation code' page from Options on the Dashboard and enter the invitation code that you have received
4. Answer the questionnaire and ensure that you submit your answers by the deadline requested by your customer
5. If you or a colleague has already started or completed the questionnaire, use the search and filters on your Dashboard to find it and follow the instructions on the 'How do I share my questionnaire answers so that my buyer can see them' help page
