How do I invite a supplier to complete a questionnaire?

Answer


Go to the ‘Manage category’ page from the Suppliers tab on the Dashboard and choose a category for the supplier(s) that you want to invite. Use the ‘Invitations’ option on the chosen category and upload a CSV file with your supplier data using the ‘Upload supplier invitations’ option.


 


Background


The platform is used to invite and collect data from suppliers to support supplier selection decision making and for compliance management and reporting purposes. Buyers can create categories of suppliers and invite them to complete a questionnaire. If the buyer wants to actively engage with suppliers through the platform, these can be managed as a campaign. The campaign functionality allows buyers to upload suppliers against a category and invite them through the platform with a category invitation code that automatically links suppliers to the correct category. Steps


1. Go to the Suppliers tab on your Dashboard


2. Select the ‘Manage category’ option at the top of the Suppliers tab


3. Find the category that you want to invite suppliers to join and go to the ‘Invitations’ page from the category overview


4. Go to the ‘Upload supplier invitations’ page from the Options on the right side of the page


5. Download and complete the CSV template with supplier data


6. Follow the supplier list CSV guidance ensuring that all suppliers have a contact user’s email address


7. Once the CSV is complete, press 'Upload' on the Upload supplier invitations page and choose the CSV file that you have created with the supplier data for this category


8. The suppliers that are included in the CSV file upload will be sent an email inviting them to complete the selected questionnaire for this category
