What should I do if I can't find my D-U-N-S Number?


Go to the 'I can’t find my organization' page from the registration search results.



The primary source for registration identification is a Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S Number. If your organization is not yet listed with Dun & Bradstreet and you do not have a D-U-N-S Number, you can still register on the platform. Registration is free and our administrators will check your organization information with Dun & Bradstreet on your behalf if you use the 'I can’t find my organization' option.



1. Go to the 'I can’t find my organization' page from the registration search results

2. Enter the full registered name of your organization

3. Use the google lookup field and search for your organization’s headquarters or registered address

4. Complete any remaining mandatory address fields. Do not update any of the fields that were auto filled by the google lookup. If the auto filled fields are incorrect, use the google lookup to search for the correct address.

5. Press ‘Next’ and complete your registration as normal
